6. POWER AND DUTIES OF THE OFFICE BEARERS OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The powers and duties of the Board and its office bearers shall include the following:
1) To take all necessary steps to establish, operate, manage and control institutions, programme, and projects for achieving the
objects of the Trust
2) Create sub-board, governing bodies, advisory committee's performance of any specific function for its own work and for institutions
related by it, and delegate powers to them. The Board may co-opt non-members to act on these bodies;
3) Acquire by purchase or donation, sell, hire or lease properties in the interest of the Trust;
4) Defray all costs, expenses, charges, rent, rates, taxes, dues, insurance premium, etc., for the management and administration
of the Trust;
5) Collect, realize and receive donations, grants, gifts, bonuses and profits in respect of the Trusts;
6) Construct any building of its funds, property or institutions and organization and enter into contracts with architects, consultants and
contractors;
7) Transfer any of its fund, property or institution to any other welfareorganization doing similar work if it is so considers necessary or
desirable;
8) Collaborate or cooperate with any other Trust, Foundation or Society doing similar work;
9) Decide about the requirements of the staff and fix their qualification, terms of service and remunerations: and
10) Approve audited annual accounts of the Fund.
7. TRUST FUND
1) Fund of the Trust shall comprise of the following
a) Initial contribution of Rs. __________ (rupees_____________only) each made by the settlers and other donors;
b) Donations by the members, directors and by any other individual, bodies, institutions; and
c) Grants/loans by Federal or Provincial Governments, Corporations, Local Bodies.
