HAILIANS ANNUAL FUNCTION 2006
A 39th Annual reunion of Rawalpindi-Islamabad
Chapter was held on 22nd April, 2006
at Hotel Pearl Continental, Rawalpindi.
Mr. Atta-ur-Rehman, Chairman Higher Education
Commission (HEC), was the chief guest, Mr. Mutee-ur-Rehman
Mirza, Patron of the Association, Mr. Abdullah Yusuf,
President of the Association, Mr. Khalid Majid, Senior
Vice President of the Association, Mr. Javed Panni, Secretary
General of the Association and more than 500 Hailians
and their family members attended the function. |

MUSIC PROGRAM
An entertaining musical program was arranged
after dinner. The famous singer Saira Naseem
and the famous local comedian Saeed Anwar
entertained the guests and this show lasted
since 3 AM in the morning.
Various lucky draws including
- 2 Umra Tickets sponsored by Mr. Akbar Ali
Matto (an OLD HAILIAN),
- 1 Split Air conditioner,
- 1 Fridge and
- 1 Deep Freezer sponsored by the manufacturers
of Waves products, were held during this show
which added more attraction and lively participation
of every member. |

| Ending Notes
The President of the Association Mr. Abdullah Yusuf,
thanked all the members of the Managing Committee specially
the devoted efforts of Mr. Javed Panni, Secretary General
of the Association for the fact that every credit to
make this function praise worthy and successful goes
to him...All members gave a standing evasion to Mr.
Javed Panni on making every function a wonderful evening.
At the end Mr. Abdullah Yusuf thanked all members of
the association who participated in this function...
